DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes you will need a passport to travel to Jamaica. Must be valid for the duration of your trip. Your passport should be valid for six months from the date of departure from The United States.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES?
Between the date of signing and 65 days prior arrival, the cancellation fee will be the Non-Refundable Deposit.From 64/31 days prior arrival, cancellation will be 85% of the reservation.Less than 30 days prior arrival, cancellation will be 100% of the reservation.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN TERMS OF ENTERTAINMENT AND ATMOSPHERE AT A Grand Palladium RESORT?
EARLIEST CHECK IN
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, although the Resort can be accessed at 12:00 PM on arrival day. All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. on departure day.
